Nyc has some really great new products. I love them. I don't know if they are considered good drugstore brands, but alot of the time you are paying for a name.Are N.Y.C and Wet 'N' Wild considered good drugstore cosmetic brands?

they are inexpensive but it doesn't mean they aren't good. they have some really nice eyeliners. ;]
