I only have the 129 brush %26amp; Ive had it for like 2 weeks %26amp; used it quite a few times but its not very soft. I think i need to wash it but i dont know how. I wanna buy MAC brush cleanser. how do you use it though? do you actually wash the brush under the sink.. cuz that seems like it would ruin it....Please answer MAC cosmetics brush question?
Wash your brush like you would your hair. Get some baby shampoo or shampoo with no harsh chemcials and run your brush under warm water. Make sure you dont put the handle in the water, and for drying lay it flat. ALWAYS wash your brushes before you use them though. The next time you get a MAC brush was it first, it will be soft (:

I think you pad it in a shallow pool of the cleanser and then you brush it out on a paper towel. My cousin's boyfriend is a makeup artist for MAC, he cleaned my sisters brush like this one time.
I'm pretty sure there are directions on the bottle.
